Napoleon Total War

Post by FF-Darkhalf » Sat May 15, 2010 14:04

Just curious as none been asking if someone's playing it ? I Know Cern did, single player only tho :P There must be few more who do isnt it ? The game is pretty good and its much fun, so are the naval battles which give a nice change.

My Steam ID is darkhalf007 if someone's fancy a fight :D

I'll join you Dark, as I've been playing Empire Total War so far, but haven't taken it anywhere except single player.

I'll add you Dark - my hotmail, the_raven15@hotmail.com, is my account.

Hey Dark, before I pull the trigger, do I want just Napolean Total War, or do I want the Imperial pack?

Does it really matter?

As said in chat, normal one is fine, but get the coalition pack DLC ;)

Hehehe, I almost did too Cern ;).

Had a pretty good couple of games with Dark today. Crowing achievement was a mid game turnaround in Cairo as my units (which were clearly positioned WAY too far away from Dark's to begin with  ) came in at the best time to back up his units and take that freaking hill!

By the by, if anyone else is interested - MAN, does Napoleon Total War improve upon the battle mechanics of Empire Total War. In every freaking way possible. Definitely go for this one over Empire.

Been playing Starcraft 2 Beta mostly for the last few weeks and havn't touched NTW for a while now. Seeing the SC Beta is having a break for a few weeks now it looks like a good timing for some NTW again ^^

I'm up for a fight ;) Guess you're "Alte Fritz von Preußen" on Steam then seeing I've been added ? 8) Wasn't aware of your Prussian side  Looks like you've spent a lot of time on the game already ;)

Well...small technical problem atm. The machine has gone back and im waiting on parts for a desktop upgrade to arrive. Had a laptop, fetty told me it was a bad idea, didnt listen...turned out to be a very bad idea.

As to Alte...not i sir. Hell, i dont even have stream installed on this box atm. However, when i DO get it up and running, ill need a bit of practice, but the fight will be EPIC!!!

James_Popov

thats my stream name btw.

I have it, played with it and stopped. I miss the Foyer.

You mean the Lobby ?

Yeah the chat option is rather limited but I enjoyed playing it a lot. Havn't now for a while as I keep playing Starcraft 2 nowerdays. Never the less, if your having Steam it could help meeting up for a game or two ?

My steam id: Darkhalf007 or via mail darkhalf46@hotmail.com

Btw I just read about the next game Shogun 2, which should be interesting for some of us I guess ?

Sorry, realized I used the word Foyer instead of Lobby: It was called Foyer in Shogun:Totalwar and the name stucked. Like I said "how much Koku?", etc.
